Mr. Leong is a partner of TaxAdvisory PLT, he is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants U.K.. He is also a Certified Financial Planner.

Mr. Leong started his professional career in as an audit assistant in 1991 and elevated to audit Principal of AljeffriDean, Chartered Accountants since 2004. He has been professionally involved in business development, tax consultation and compliance, audit and assurance, insolvency, accounting standards, accounting services for business owners, intellectual property registration and financial planning.
